The beautiful suite was great, but the Wi-Fi kept cutting out.

The centric location makes it easy to explore the town and nearby attractions. Breakfast showcased delicious options, particularly the creative salads and the good cafe de olla. The check-in process was slow, and the intermittent Wi-Fi detracted from the experience. The beds were typical of many places in Mexico, being quite firm, and the outdated living room furniture didn't invite relaxation.

Unfortunately, the rooftop terrace was out of service, disappointing,, and intermittent Wi-Fi made connecting frustrating at times.

Great value for the price with a spacious beautiful suite with two beds, a living area, and a handy kitchen. The bathroom layout is smart, with ample counter space flanking the modern sink.

Unfortunately, the rooftop terrace isn't operational anymore, a letdown if you were counting on that feature. Wi-Fi connectivity can be hit-or-miss, and while there are plenty of outlets, many don't work. The beds are the usual firm variety you find throughout the region, and the furnishings in the living area are a bit worn.

The room was generously sized, with a well-designed bathroom layout that had plenty of counter space, making morning routines hassle-free.

The beautiful suite offered a wonderful blend of space and comfort with a large flatscreen TV and a convenient kitchen area that would be fantastic for longer stays. The location is a major perk, just a few blocks from the historical district, and the buffet breakfast served downstairs keeps the taste buds dancing with delicious options.

The Sunday buffet on the rooftop was a real treat, serving up fantastic dishes, and the daily buffet downstairs kept my taste buds dancing with flavors! Loved the comfy bed for a good night's sleep.

Though the rooftop terrace wasn't in action, we still had a blast-everything else was up to snuff!

I really enjoyed the spacious living area in my room, which was perfect for relaxing after a busy day. They also had a nice pool and a cozy lounge area to unwind. The Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times, but overall, I had a great stay and would definitely recommend it for a laid-back getaway! 🌞

The beautiful suite was spacious, with two comfy beds and a large flatscreen TV. I loved the layout of the bathroom, really convenient with the sink outside the toilet. The kitchen area was nice, though we didn't use it much. The A/C worked great! The beds were pretty firm, and a few of the electrical outlets didn't work. It was a solid spot for our stay.

during my recent stay, I loved how close we were to beautiful Irekua Park, just almost 2 km away, perfect for evening strolls, and the iconic Palacio Municipal was only 700 meters from the hotel, making it easy to explore the city's highlights on foot.

Convenient location near town center, restaurants, and bus station. Spacious beautiful suite with well-equipped kitchen and modern bathroom. Fast and efficient check-out process.

Decent Rooms, Good Food

Spent my weekend at a hotel that had decent rooms and it was not too expensive. The breakfast provided was very good. It was also in a prime location, very close to restaurants and tourist attractions. The WiFi worked okay and there were not any noise disturbances from outside which was a plus.

The bathroom had unpleasant odors that were hard to tolerate and the front desk staff was very unhelpful and unfriendly when we inquired about it. The cleaning staff was also not reliable and they rarely changed our towels and bedding.

Great value, convenient location, nice lobby, spacious suite, comfortable beds, modern bathroom.
